Nice and relaxing stay in Matemwe Beach

Very nice rooms with tasteful African elements, comfortable beds. Great location directly on the beach. I specially liked the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly local staff and restaurant. Also the contact with owners Malgo and Tomek

„Das beste Hotel / Lodge auf „Sansibar

Ein sensationell, tolles Hotel. Es ist noch ganz neu und mit sehr hochwertigen Material gebaut. Die Inhaber Malgos + Thomas sind so aufmerksam mit Allem. Es gibt Wasser, Kuchen wie meist abends ein hervorragendes Dessert stets einfach so dazu. Nette kleine Gespräche oder Nachfrage von Ihnen, ob alles okay ist? Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind Luxuriös und sehr sauber. Alle Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer. Ein super tollen, großen Pool. Auch ist direkter Strandzugang. Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Herrliche Strandspaziergänge laden ebenfalls ein. Wir verbringen sogar schon unseren 2. ten Aufenthalt dort, weil es die Schönste Unterkunft ist, wo wir bisher hatten. Auch gefällt uns ganz besonders, das Essen. Alles sehr gut. Great Experience

Even though the hotel has just opened, we had a great stay experience. The hotel was very nice and clean. The managers of the hotel, Mr. Thomas and his wife, are wonderful people. Apart from our accommodation, they helped us a lot with the excursions in Tanzania. I would like to thank them very much for giving us a wonderful holiday experience.

The staff is friendly and welcoming and Malgo & Tomek are the best! Genuinely interested in their visitors and will go out of their way to ensure your comfort. The facility is very clean and well kept. I also really liked that the beach in Matemwe is relatively clean and no one hustling for buys.

„Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Sensationelles Hotel an einem tollen Strand. Meinen Aufenthalt habe ich auch dank Malgos und Tomeks Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind neu, stylish und hochwertig eingerichtet. Traumhafte Matratzen. Ausserdem bietet das Infinity Beach zahlreiche sportliche Angebote. Vom 25m Pool, über kostenlosen Fahrrad- und SUP-Verleih bis hin zum sensationellen Yoga-Deck. Die Massage wunderbar. Das Essen im Restaurant war mit Abstand das beste auf Sansibar. Frühstück à la carte. Insgesamt ein Traum :)

Very relaxing beautiful place

The Pool was fantastic with a sitting bank all around so to stay there while cooling of and also easy to step in from every angle of this great pool. The food was great as well, very tasty and the whole resort is so relaxing. Had a massage as well at the beach verandah, ocean sound in the back. Loved it here!

Next level hospitality!

Feels like home! Even better than what you can expect from the comments and pictures. Malgo, Tomek and the lovely staff welcome you in their house. They make sure you feel like home. Everything was perfect from the 25 meter pool to the rooms, views, food and drinks. This is top quality experience, my best overall hotel experience! Can't wait to be back there. Thank you so much guys for a memorable stay!

Amazing staff, food and atmosphere.

Beautiful place where even small details are well considered. Owners Thomas and Malgo are extremely professional and ready to make your vacation wonderful. Their chef/cook is making wonderful dishes that beats easily the food at The Rock restaurant. Their masseur at SPA is really good!

Beautiful and relaxing

From the minute we arrived we felt totally welcome and relaxed. The owners, Malgo & Tomek (who built the hotel and just opened in December) have created the most stunning environment with great attention to detail. Everywhere is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. All the rooms have a sea view and very comfortable beds. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. The bar/restaurant is run by such friendly staff with an amazing chef so we ate and drank fantastically all week - I’m vegan and found plenty to enjoy. This is the perfect place to get away from busy life and fully relax - it was a shame to come home!

The place to go for a peaceful and relaxing holiday

An amazing boutique hotel with wonderful owners and staff. Kwange and Hassan were excellent staff who went above and beyond for us. A great 25m swimming pool and spectacular sea views.

Whilst the name says ‘hotel and spa’ it does not qualify in our opinion to be a spa as there are no spa facilities and just a small decking area where they arrange a massage table.
